Tea Malawi Thyolo Peony
Tea Malawi Thyolo Peony
A fine white tea produced using the traditional white peony method in the Thyolo tea gardens of southern Malawi. The delicate, hand-picked leaves produce a fresh, harmonious infusion with notes of apricot, summer herbs and lime blossom. This tea is ideal for making one long infusion or several shorter ones, which will highlight the subtlety and variety of flavors. A great companion for moments of peace and exceptional tea experiences.

The coffee from which this Cascara comes is grown by Oscar and Francisca Chacón in the Pérez Zeledón district of the province of San José. The coffee trees are grown at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,500 meters. The term “cascara” refers to the husk of the coffee berry. In the past, these husks were either thrown away or used as fertilizer. However, in recent years, cascara coffee has become increasingly popular due to its unique flavor profile and rich antioxidant properties. This particular cascara is characterized by a blend of rosehip notes, hibiscus flower, red currant aromas and mango aftertaste, making it a truly exceptional coffee.
