We have been roasting our own coffee since 2022. We only work with select coffees whose cupping rating exceeds 80 points out of 100. We roast the coffee gently to a lighter degree to emphasize its natural flavor.

What are we roasting on?

We use three roasters. A larger Giesen with a capacity of 6 kg of green coffee, a smaller Coffee-Tech for 2.4 kg of coffee, and a small Ikawa sample roaster.

Where do we get coffee?

We carefully select coffees, taste them regularly and order the ones that excite us. We do not focus on a specific region, we look for complexity and quality to maintain a varied offer. We cooperate with several importers and buy some coffees directly from farmers.
