Brazil Daterra LOW CAF
Brazil Daterra LOW CAF
You won't go wrong with naturally processed Brazil from the legendary Daterra farm if you are looking for a taste experience and at the same time want to control the amount of caffeine you get during the day. Lovers of sweeter coffees will be especially pleased. The cup of coffee will be characterized by notes of strawberries and nougat. This is a coffee with a caffeine content of about 30% compared to standard Arabica beans. In this coffee, the caffeine reduction is not at the expense of the taste, but the Laurina and Aramosa varieties are already bred with a reduced caffeine content.

Daterra is known for its premium coffee and breeding new varieties. Daterra Low Caf has a lot of sweet flavor. Aramosa and Loreina are low-caffeine varieties, containing approximately 70% less caffeine than regular Arabica beans, without compromising on body or flavor. This coffee is the ideal choice for anyone who wants to enjoy more of their favorite cups of coffee per day without the risk of consuming too much caffeine.
Dry processing itself adds certain flavor aspects to coffee, regardless of the variety or terroir. Often positive, but when drying is done poorly, they can be negative, irreversibly destroying the entire lot (part of the harvest). In the case of poor drying, we find fermented, even alcoholic notes, yeast or even manure in the coffee. On the other hand, when drying is done properly, the dry method always brings fruity flavors and a creamy body to the cup.
